Superhub broken?

I had to restart my superhub today and noticed it synced okay. Good power levels etc and says network access allowed. But then doesnt get an IP. under basic settings theres no WAN ip or anything. I've tried resetting to factory and nothing changes. I get a normal 192.168.0.x ip from the superhub on the pc but no external net.. Anyone seen this before. I can't get online and the call centre are a guessing at an area fault.. But .. I sync successfully, even shows the max down and up rates but no IP..

So lost..
