Question Service Status Page: Who stole my broadband?

Wanted to check for any known service issues this evening, so logged onto myVirginMedia and went to the status page - where I was presented with status information for TV and Phone, but no Broadband. Anyone else seeing the same or has my account been specially selected for this useful level of service information as a trial of things to come?

Re: Service Status Page: Who stole my broadband?

I find it odd that if I sign in to the site with my email/password I'm shown the following "faults", but if I put in my postcode they say everything's fine.

It's also weird that the phone fault appears under "Broadband".

General area vs specific sets of accounts.

Working correctly again this evening. I've seen a few other reports mentioning this too.
