GU52 problems?

Anyone else in the GU51/52 area experiencing intermittent BB connection problems? The VM status checker shows no problems in the area but most wesbites aren't loading with connection reset or timeout errors. Modem reboot has made no difference.

Re: GU52 problems?

I am in GU52. Things seem OK this morning, but have been very up and down over the last few days.

. Are you saying that because of something in the figures, or because the modem is very old? I'm reluctant to ask for a call-out and waste a day's holiday if the problem is somewhere in the network.

Re: GU52 problems?

both. no need for a tech visit. just call in for new broadband equipment.

VM will post you the new broadband equipment to your address, you can have it delivered to your work place if needs must. give them your mobile number too so postman pat can text you.
