Superhub

I have just installed a virgin superhub and after a lot of fiddling with settings to get the wireless to work with no success I rang CS and was put through to India.
For once the man on the other end knew what he was talking about,he got me to untick a setting on the service menu called ip flood detection and it has done the trick,it has something to do with the firewall conflicting with pc software problem.
No problem to use wireless now.

I hate to be a pesimist dude but I don't think that is going to be the end of your wireless problems. In fact that wasn't even a wireless problem to start off with so I don't think it should count The firewall and ip flood detection would have affected all traffic whether it be wired or wireless.

Re: Superhub

I have now switched off superhub wireless function and put it into modem mode and reconnected my d-link router and wireless is now excellent.
The superhub is rubbish and keeps disconnecting wireless.
