hmm.. its up to you man, figure out what you want to do, cut expenses etc.

tell you the truth if you do then do it all speaking to 'thinking of leaving' quoting your email. although getting a bump in broadband speed may turn out to be free with whats been said in the email, changing your tv package may increase your bill, strange i know but old pricing system or whatever.

Yes small VM modem and linked to a router. This computer is not wifi.

Belkin Wireless G + Mimo Router.

I am registered with thinkbroardband I think I receive their email with news every week. Why do you think its a good idea ?

then generate a shared live link and post it here

double check that ping response is allowed within your router settings
