No internet BL5
No internet for 2 hours in BL5 Bolton nothing showing on VM status page.
Has anyone any idea what may be wrong?

i have had tis twice in the past and whatever the problem was they fixed it permanently overnight so all should be well by now I would have thought.

I've had a few outages over the past 2 weeks, never happened that much before, if at all from what I can remember. I think it might be down too the speed upgrade roll-out but that's just a guess. My connection slows down a lot lately. Tonight it's been crawling again at under 1 meg. Resetting the superhub works but only for a short while, it suffers problems again more often than not. Getting a bit peeved with it to be honest, I'll bide my time until after the upgrades have taken place. Then maybe ask for an engineer to come and test the line.

No idea but its actually a bit better than it was, packet loss has dissappeared but minimum latency keeps jumping.
