High Downstream Power Levels

Hi i have the above, an engineer is booked for tomorrow, i have read that the engineer can fit an attenuator, anybody know where this is fitted

Update. The engineer lowered the power settings from the tap, so no attenuator sicking out of the SH

Though my opinion on VM call centre staff are another matter entirely.
