Slow Speeds when using VPN

HI, all in touch with the technical support of my VPN provider as well but thought I would ask the question on here as well & it seems to the same with 4 different providers.

I have a VPN setup (and tried 4 or 5 different ones) and also seem to be able to get a 1/5 of my 100MB speeds. I expect to get some overheads but was think more of 20% just wondered if anybody else had any problems or is they any settings on the superhub that might make a difference

I have the Firewall Features, Ipsec PassThrough, PPTP PassThrough & Multicast enabled on the superhub

Thanks

Dave

Re: Slow Speeds when using VPN

Try disabling Firewall features on the superhub.

If you have a suitable router knocking about, try putting superhub in modem mode and installing it.

Re: Slow Speeds when using VPN

VM have a habit of throttling (traffic shaping) any connection they don't recognize to 25% of local capacity or lower.
