this is coming common it not to do with your not got enough bandwidht it bbc partical not haivng nough bandwidht and also teh bbc-virgin link not being big enough to cope witht eh demand, so even though you have enough bandwdith it thinks you dnt.

ill try explain

let says bb-vrgin link is 10gbit i dnt know the exact pipe size, but lets say it is, and ther eis 5000 100mb users using it, that would mean 500gbit potetnial goign thorugh, so lets say the first 1000 get on fine the rest after that because hte first 1000 are using the bandwidht up means the user is getitng otld nto enough bandwdiht even though you do
