100M Mainly getting 70MB on speed tests (London/Manchester)

So I had 100MB fitted, and I can sometimes, very late at night (1am+) reach 100mb. But its most of the day where its winding me up. I can NEVER get the full 10MB upload speed, just 5-6max and I am only getting up to 70mb during the day and evening.

I have rang Virgin and they have no idea whats wrong, he took control of my system for a good 2 hours and couldn't figure out the problem and he said my power levels are "bang in the middle where they should be"

Just not sure whats up, they are sending tech out on Saturday but Iv just wasted an entire Saturday waiting for him to show up in the fist place, 7:30pm he arrived!! What a waste of a day off!

Hi, what are you using to test your speed?

Speed test. But I am getting same results regardless of which I use .

They aren't always reliable or accurate tbh.
