100M 50MB upgrade traffic management

Ok i have kinda just brogutha question up when answering someone else post so thought it be better to discuss this serpetally

Ok we all know that 50mb is goign to 100mb and then all are goign to 120mb

ok... 50mb currently has traffic management on uploads so you get your uplaod speed reduce if you break teh cap (not adiscussing about whether this should happen or not)

op when 50mb goes to 100mb and since hte 10bm cusotmer will be gettinga rice reduction will that mean the traffic management for up;oads is rmeove from all upgraded 50mb or applied ot 100mb current customers and traffic management allowance upgraded for 100mb and then again for 120 if it remains?

they have said that there will be an increase in the caps inline with the new upgraded speed although they havent said what they are going to be yet. Although I have enjoyed 100mbit being non-stm'd atm I can't see it lasting that way. They are going to have to put some sort of restriction on it if they are banging to many peeps up to 100mbit.

i know that but to make it fair they have to either add stm to current 100mb cusotmer or remove it from urrent 50mb that what i am asking does anyoen kwno wha tther egoign to do, they cant upgrade 50mb to 100mb then reduce 100mb to the same price as 50mb and stm old 50mb cusotmer but nto the current 100mb

I am sure they'll introduce an stm to all 100mbit customers but it will be at least double what is currently is for 50mbit. You have got to remember that they are flapping about streaming hd movies and stuff like that so they would need to be looking at at least 20gb for a couple of movies + youtube + whatever else
