100meg disaster SNR and Power Level????

Hi mates,

i am on 100meg but only getting 20meg download advice please

By any chance are you using wireless? Wireless G is only capable of around 20Mbps, so that would explain it.

Try testing using wired. If you want better wireless speeds, try using a wireless N card.

still on QAM64, less bandwidth available on the network and probably causing high downstream utilisation

lazy rollout in your area, just flicking the config upgrade switch without adequate infrastructure in place.

Try and get tech support to realise QAM64 downstreams are wrong.
