Poor Internet Speed Like Dial up

Been having really bad internet speed the past few months with virgin, also consists of it dropping the connection and me having to reboot the modem + router.

Did a speed test this morning and it showed:

So then i reset my gear and it was this.

Does this mean i have to ring them and complain to someone and go through there annoying checks of turning my gear on off multiple times and then pinging different sites for half an hour until they decided to send someone.

Re: Poor Internet Speed Like Dial up

Is that wired or wireless?

See the sticky about modem power levels.

The Speedtest.net Ashford server is working OK for me but we may have different routing and that could be the issue too.
