Connecting your own wireless router to SuperHub

Hi folks,

I'm trying to configure my own Linksys router to the Superhub. I thought it would simply be a case of:

1. Switch Superhub to modem mode (restart)
2. Remove modem ethernet connection from PC connection.
3. Use this connection to connect to 'Ethernet' on router.
4. Use 1 of the connections on router to connect back to PC

Isn't working.

Any help please?

G

Re: Connecting your own wireless router to SuperHub

In modem mode only port 1 on the Superhub is active - the one nearest the cable connection. It would be worth making sure that's the one you are using.

To eliminate the Superhub - when in modem mode try connecting your PC directly to this port.

You will still need to go into your routers settings and set it up.
