Cheers Ig, next question, is there anything I can do about it, as in politely ask to be moved onto a channel a little less busy perhaps.
Or is it just question of you get what your given and that's that.

There probably isn't another channel reachable to you at this time, would need physical network work.
The customer number bears no relation to the port you are on or the number of peeps on it.

Well, here's a thought... as a direct hard-evidence comparison I'll sample things with my current setup then drop the Super Hub in tomorrow (no IP flood/firewall) and see what happens. I'd love to see if the lameness of my particular unit can be proven in graph form.
I'm on 20Mb, but still...
