Re: New upload speeds and Network Management
I have had 3Mb upload since I got 30Mb in early February, up until the other day my 3Mb upload was running on the docsis 1 upstream channel (TDMA) but I checked last night as my upload seemed much more stable and slightly higher (now consistently over 3Mb) and I notice I am on Docsis 2 upload (ATDMA) but the channel bitrate for ATDMA should be 20Mb (So I've read) but it still says 10Mb as it did with TDMA. Dover isn't supposed to be officially upgraded until June so I guess I have been pretty lucky having it from February, as others have said people getting higher uploads before the upgrades is too common for it to be a mistake.

Not sure what you mean cookster. I have always come under Stretford on previous upgrades if that helps.

Hi, if you click on the "Connection" link in the blue bar at the top of the page it tells you what exchange you are on. Mine is below;
cpc6-asht6-2-0-cust131.10-1.cable.virginmedia.com
I'm on the Ashton exchange.

Re: New upload speeds and Network Management
Ever since I got the upload to 5MB, gaming has become much worse, I don't use the Internet for much other than gaming so am I being throttled for playing a few online games? (I'm not a heavy gamer either)
