50MB problem in Lincoln - Upstream / T3

Hi,

On the 5th and 6th my net was down for a total of 25 hours.
Due to what seem to be an upstream / T3 error.

Now today 13th the modem keeps disconnecting and needs to be rebooted to get the connection back.

It seems from the log over that time it is getting T3 errors again.

I called up 50MB team, but got through to offshore call center and they booked me a tech for tomorrow.

I was wondering does anyone know of any problems in the Lincoln area?

I cancelled the tech as it was ok.
But it broken again so phoned up got UK center and they booked me another tech for Wednesday and he said not to cancel this one.

On the 5th and 6th over the 25hrs downtime I got just under 20,000 T3 errors.
I rebooted modem 10 minutes ago and so far got 113 T3 over.
I told UK tech support this.

I had such a nice solid connection. Now I don't it seems every month I have a problem over the last 3 months.

There was a VM person outside at the green box this morning and our TV went off. So I went out and spoke with him, just incase he disconnected the cable by accident.

He said he was from the Network team and was changing the amp as there is noise on the network.

As soon as he reconnected the amp my net came back to life.
So I am hoping it is now fixed but am not cancelling the tech for tomorrow.

Just check again and my last T3 was 1.06pm today.

If the amp was causing you the issue I believe they now text you that they will have cancelled the tech as the issue is resolved.

what part of lincoln you in m8,and let me know what he says as i,m fed up with it disconnecting at random and webpages not loading.

UK Tech said about the noise issue yestarday buy throught it was something else and booked the Tech, I am still getting T3 errors.

Mine does that sometimes just keep trying or try and restart/reboot (unplug and back in) your router if you using one, or if all else fail try and restart/reboot (unplay and back in) the modem

It seems to have settled down now, only got 1 T3 error over night and no disconnections.
Tech is coming between 12-4pm.

2 Tech's have come and checked all the levels on Modem and both TV boxes.
I said it been ok since the network bloke changed the amp yestarday in the green box outside.

All checked out ok, so let take it from there.

They did say they have had noise on the network that have been disconnect some, but changing the amp should have fixed it.

I had a problem a few months ago as did everyone else but my connection has been 100% recently. I am in Doddington Park/Birchwood area
