50mb never working

Since the start of my 50mb purchase I have always had engineers come over because the internet simply was not working. Staff over in India said it was the area but the staff in the UK confirmed this was not the case many times.
The internet is a messy situation..
I have had engineers over around 17 times.
The connection is a wired 50meg modem.
Any suggestions for this?

That is why I asked him when the last reboot took place to put it into context.

Without him coming back we have no idea as it could lower or higher.

The T2 and T4 will be an issue if he has rebooted just prior to the screenshots but ok if a week or more has passed.

Well the may be an issue with the T3's and T4's so you will probably need an engineer visit and if they keep rising possibly the involvement of the networks team.

An engineer is coming tomorrow but I don't know if that will solve anything.
Is there anyway you can speed up the process of resolving this issue?
It would be much appreciated.

Note:
Past 40mins it has been working pretty sound.
Can virgin media in india d/c you or tamper with the net.
i feel as the fault is on their side not here.
What do you thinks is the problem?
You noted levels being too high t3 and t4 but what is causing this and how do i get a permanent fix.
