Is there anyway you can speed up the process of resolving this issue?
It would be much appreciated.
Note:
Past 40mins it has been working pretty sound.
Can virgin media in india d/c you or tamper with the net.
i feel as the fault is on their side not here.
What do you thinks is the problem?
You noted levels being too high t3 and t4 but what is causing this and how do i get a permanent fix.

Tell the engineer as the agent may not have put in the notes.

Re: 50mb never working
They have tried switching modems, rewiring to get rid of noise.
new cabling, checking the exchange.etc. Its been a f****** nightmare.
The only reason I stayed with virgin media is because they have the best hardware and some of the engineers left me their numbers and have been called up to check on some things.
The service on the engineers side seem to be better than the staff over the phone which is a plus.

Given they simply can't get your service working the 'best hardware' is debatable. Great the engineers have left their numbers, etc, however it would be far better if they could fix the service.
Can you get BT's FTTC? http://www.samknows.com will tell you.

Re: 50mb never working
The engineer cant fix T3 and T4 timeouts, he can only make sure upstream and downstream are fine. There is no tool for the engineer to fix T3 and T4.

Re: 50mb never working
Its been working fine since this morning back to normal speed too for now... and i still feel that the internet can be manipulated on the other side.
Nothing has been changed at the house.
Just hope for a permanent fix.
