as of today, there is no great deal of change from my bb speed. it is still a constant 2-4MB; i have tried everything from unplugging/turning off my router and filters to doing these tests (speed tests, network tests, tracert tests, etc.) but still nothing.

what also frustrates me is the fact that i don't get any news, updates or feedback whatsoever from TT on what are they doing, what have they found out or what are their plans for my line or my exchange.

i mean...i am near insane here.
Have you tried posting your issues on TT's members forum?

Re: Question from someone who wants to move to Virgin

i tried posting my issues on the TT members forum and so far no concrete step has been done and no feedback as to what they are doing or plan to do to sort out my issues whatsoever. TT is such a rubbish company....
