Who to speak to, to get a deal

Hi,

Who do I need to talk to, to get a deal on Broadband, TV and Phone.
Is it Sales or Retentions?

What pip said - 150 from a virgin phone and then choose the options that say "thinking of leaving". You eventually get through to Retentions.
