50mb drops

my 50mb has been dropping connection for the last week twice a day, could anyone confirm if these power levels etc look ok?

Well getting a **** load of T3 timeouts and 1.3MB/s max compared to 6.1MB/s normally. got an engineer coming out Friday

I'm in Derby if other people are experiencing the same problems, 2nd line support said something along the lines of a network card has gone from pink to black @ 20%. this will make sense to some of you i presume?
