I think you will find that two client MAC addresses can't exist in the same UBR, probably resulting in a no connection status for the changed MAC address. As Stuart has pointed out the odds of that are slim.

If anyone here could back this up, or make it more clear I think it may help, but that is how I understand it.

If the are 2 identical MAC addresses on the same uBR then only one can access the internet and denys the other one access until that machine is switched off.
