slow internet speed

woke up this morning to really slow internet speeds and poor pings.

Wow those pings are high can you post your modem config page so we can see if the levels are ok just go to 192.168.100.1 - we need the downsteam and upstream power levels.

Power levels look fine, can you do a speed test from www.speedtest.net so I can see what speeds your are getting?

Pings are low to the test servers, have you rang vm could be a signal to noise ratio issue as your pings seem to have returned back to normal.
