I am in the DN34 area and have had speed issues for a while now.
So this evening i decdied to give tech support a call!!!
WHen i finally got through we ran a couple of speed test including the one on this site and one on fuller.zen.co.uk.
Now they both came back at around 5Mbs, the tech person told me this was because of packet loss outside the VM Network!!! When i tried explaining the the test on here comes from with the network he just ignored me and repeated that all was fine, and that maybe i need to ring the PC support line!!!!
Does anyone know when is the best time to get so speak to a call centre in the UK?
What is my best course of action now??
