Have to reset password every time logging into account
When going to internet account -> mailboxes and passwords ->
At the username and password screen, I put in my normal name and password and get invalid username / password, so I use "forgotten my password" to set it to exactly the same as before and then I can login normally. But then I can't access my webspace, email, etc. It just says not available and returning to self care homepage.

I'd call tech support and explain the issue to them.
Normally I'd suggest the newsgroups but due to DPA restrictions they obviously can't get you to post your password in there.
