As broadbandings says - looks like a noise issue, keep phoning tech support until you get someone who knows what they are doing and will check the relevant tool.

update :
First off the tip to use Newsgroup Support was awsome.
I have got more help in 1 day than in 1 year ..
Apparently its a known issue and is now being looked into , Ive finally got a refrence number and have the engineers on the case.

Good bye to VM's Fonejacker Call Centre , Ill be using the Newsgroup in the future (those guys on the NG's know their stuff) , though i have to admit apart from this problem with loseing connection 6 till 10 i rarely have other issues.

Thanks to all who helped me with this problem , I shall surely troll these forums frequently just out of leisure if thats ok
