VM's online help page error 404

HI
Been trying to access Virgin.nets online help page, iv'e used before and has resolved performance problems in the past.

Problem is accessing it direct and through a link VM mailed me, I keep getting error 404 once i have submitted the full details in, for the past 24 hours.

I know my problem can be resolved easily as before, but I refuse to go through the teeth pulling scripts and getting charged for it phone calls.

Known problem ? or just for some reason the nets being a pain haha

You mean:

http://www.virgin.net/helpme/ ?

Working fine from here.

Tried changing to openDNS name servers?

Re: VM's online help page error 404

Hi thanks for the quick reply, butI referthe link to the "contact us",
I should have pated the link to save me confusing people.

The one VM e-mailed me :-
http://www.virginmedia.com/help/chec...stomerselfcare

Soon as I click on virgin.net then fill in all the details, as soon as i press submit i get the "Error 404" in the same window as the form.

Hope this one helps.
As ever any help or info is always appreciated

Re: VM's online help page error 404

arghhhh 48 hours later and still Virgin.nets online support page keeps getting "error 404 if this si sfrom a virgin link the team are on it" once Iv'e spent ages writing all info needed, then pressing the submit button.

At this rate I may have to get a pair of pliars, and start pulling my teeth out if I have to call the sub continent scripted centre.

Is this a know error on Virgin.net or just me feeling persecuted hahahaha

You can be more precise and put data forward to someone who can read and understand it, via webform. Helps save a lot of confusion.
