Anyone know why 2nd hop returns this?

Does anyone here know why the 2nd hop on any tracert i do resolves to this ip range?

10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255

Is this something to do with upgrades to 10mb?

Isn't that the private IP of your UBR?

Thats just the private ip address of your UBR connection.
