10Meg speeds

Hi,

I recently posted about downgrading from my 20Mb to the new 10Mb service.

Could I ask for those with the new 10Mb service what the average spped they are getting.

I remeber the good old original and reliable 10Mb service they provided a long time ago...

Thanks.

I initally though about downgrading when I heard that 4 megers were getting the uplift. Then I read that their STM levels aren't changing.

Wrong, the STM levels do change when you get upgraded to 10Mbps.

Daytime Up: 550MB
Evening Down: 1000MB

10Mbps
Daytime Down: 2400MB
Daytime Up: 700MB
Evening Down: 1200MB
