There can never be separate itemised billing on broadband accounts, its just not possible like the old days of dial up when you had premium rate dialers gaining its way into your PC and costing you £3/min to look at naughty pictures

i wouldnt have said my personal use is out of hand when it comes to my connection. Downloading anywhere between 6 - 20GB a month usually, the max ive downloaded in 1 month over the past 6 month is 32.4GB.
