anybody know what region this is?

Which means your upgrade is sometime this month (see here).

My is cpc3-fare4-0-0-cust***.cos2.cable.ntl.com, which means I'm in Fareham (Cosham 2 UBR).

Even tho, I actually live in Gosport (about 2 miles from Fareham).

Out of Interest does anyone know what area & UBR serves Morden in Surrey? Postcode area SM4.

I suspect either Croydon or New Malden?

It's an ex-Telewest area.

If you are unsure of what it means, post it here, but miss out the cust(omer) number to be on the safe side..
