Finally time to leave vm?
Right,
These cowboys at vm are going to hit the beep tip very shortly(hopefully).
Who is leaving and who is staying?
1st they spy on "everything" we do and now they state we have an "unlimited" service yet we don't.
Shocking.
I'm off, just need to get a bt line sorted now.
I hope they go bankrupt.

Re: Finnally time to leave vm?
Aren't BT the worst offenders in the phorm/webwise issue, I think out of the three VM are backing off and watching the deluge for a while to guage the potential and public opinion, (and coincidently hoping to soak up BT's lost customers). They do state that no firm deal has been made with Phorm, just an agreement to look it over. A minor point phorm fail to mention when spouting they have agreements from all three.

Re: Finnally time to leave vm?
Currently staying as I can't be bothered to go through signing up all over again and loosing email addresses, etc.
If Phorm finally takes place, I might think otherwise.
VM prices are quite high now compared to other ISP's. For the price I pay £17.99 for 2mb broadband I would expect to get something like 5mb.
I hope we get speed increases soon.

Re: Finnally time to leave vm?
Been a customer through all phases of ownership for over 14 years and never had any major problems with them whatsoever.

I do not have an incoming BT line attached to my property, so you've guessed it I am staying.

Re: Finnally time to leave vm?
I got rid of the TV package a while back, I had the phone disconnected last year, and the way things are going with the internet, i'll be rid of that soon.

Re: Finnally time to leave vm?
I'm staying. I'm perfectly happy with the internet and phone side of things. I will not move to ADSL to have dial-up like speeds.
