Are these signal levels bad?

My connection's being a bit flakey and I was wondering if someone could tell me if these numbers from the cable modem are good or bad. Thanks

your downstream power level is really low it ideally needs to be +/- 3 DBmV

Ah, ok. I got the modem replaced a few months ago and fitted it myself, I'll check it to make sure I screwed it in properly.

Right, I just tightened it and it's the same. How do I get this fixed? The last time I called VM tech support about a problem (the internet thinking I was in Ireland), I got fobbed off with all sorts of nonsense suggestions.

Downstream rec power should be between -12 to +4

fone the tech support and tell them ur downstream power lever is extremely low.. and ask for a Tech to be sent
