problems in ML6

Hi Folks,

I reported yesterday that I was experiencing problems in the ML6 area of Lanarkshire, I discovered that a ticket had been issued (see below)

http://status-cable.virginmedia.com/...?ticket=743766

As you can see this ticket is now closed.

However the problem had not been resolved!!

On contacting Tech support tonight via the 150 number I was told that the fault had not been resolved but they had to close the call within 24 hours!!

Can any of you confirm that this is Virgin policy??

Cheers

IMP

PS as of 10pm tonight (fingers crossed) it appears to be working OK now

As far as I'm aware that's not policy and sounds like a fob off.
Tickets shows it was for loss of service, I would say it is now fixed as you have a working connection.
