Can anyone explain this
Well due to poor connection, I got rid of 20MB and went to 4MB. More reliable at the minute, just looking at my speed now:

Virgin Media actually giving you more than you should have, rather than robbing you of what you are entitled to. Makes a pleasant change. :p
