Torrents shut down Internet.

Hi, ever since I got the wireless router when I open a torrent it stops the internet working? I am on a wired connection thru the router and havent changed any settings on BitComet, the only way to sort it is repair the connection in network places.

This seems a wierd thing to happen anyone else got the same issue?

My conection works fine on Bitcomet and I am hardwired through a router also.

Problem may be elsewhere so check out below.

Post what modem you have and your power levels from your config pages of your modem.

Open a browser and in the address bar put> 192.168.100.1 password and username are both root if required.

DO NOT POST YOUR MAC ADDRESS OR SERIAL NUMBER
