^^^^ zain it is more than worth it, 10mb felt slow to be honest, but you'll feel the full power for 20mb when your downloading huge files.

Re: So fars great !

My cable speed is now throttling in Telford area just after midnight:

Tue, 24 Jun 2008 00:31:11 UTC

Test 1: 1024K took 5382 ms = 190.3 KB/sec, approx 1568 Kbps, 1.53 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 1123 ms = 911.8 KB/sec, approx 7513 Kbps, 7.34 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 1170 ms = 875.2 KB/sec, approx 7212 Kbps, 7.04 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 2683 ms = 763.3 KB/sec, approx 6290 Kbps, 6.14 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 5646 Kbps, 5.51 Mbps

http://www.speedtest.bbmax.co.uk/res...0631&v=4527899

I am not surprise now My full speed of 19Mb had gone !!!! I still got 28 days to try it out and cancel it if that speed carry on like that for next 2 weeks.

Re: So fars great !

What the point of putting STM in force ? Why can't VM put a usage cap instead of stupid speed cap!

I would say change STM to usage cap instead like this:

2Mb - user can download no more than 2GB per 24 hours period and no more than 56GB per month

4Mb/10Mb - user can download no more than 6GB per 24 hours period and no more than 168 GB per month

20Mb - user can download no more than 15GB per 24 hours period and no more than 420GB per month

And scrap that silly speed cap !!!

Because 2Gb is nothing, nor is 6Gb or 15Gb.

Hell 420Gb in a month is nothing. I was doing that in a fortnight at one point. (And i hardly download anything these days!)
