The one I highlighted and made bigger if that is correct then it is way off and you need to call Tech Support on 151 and tell them.

No really because what happens everytime a modem is rebooted every single update for that modem comes down at once even if not required giving logs like this that look worrying.
Some my own logs have the date stamp 1970 in them and Broadband was not around then.

That above is a bit high but depends what modem you are using which is either going to be a Motorola or a Webstar as you are Ex-Telewest on the Knowsley platform if you are on a router that might be making that power level go a bit high.

Plus you are on 20Mb( staff package? )

I am using the scientific atlanta 2100 is that modem on and I am ex telewest is that or should I be using a different modem my speeds are up and down sometimes as low as 1.5Mb

Your power level is fine you can go up to 61dBmv on that modem and it is not a bad modem, have you used the screw holes on the bottom to stick it up out of the way.

I knew you were Ex-Telewest because you are on 339000000 which is a Knowsley platform frequency.

That modem has screw lugs on the bottom that you can use to put the modem in a convenient spot like under your desk or on the wall to clear some space away have a look underneath.
