Whats going on?

VM took their last payment on the 29th last month. I got a letter today saying they are going to be taking ANOTHER payment on the 11th this month, thats a mere 2 weeks(ish) since the last payment.

Are they moving to a 2-weekly payment schedule (thereby effectivly doubling the price)?

Re: Whats going on?

No, moving to mid month payments. I got one last month saying roughly the same thing

Re: Whats going on?

Ahhh, Ok, thats not too bad then.

It would be nice if they could write occasionally explaining that, instead of just changing the date without explanation, but oh well, this IS VM.

Re: Whats going on?

You may find it was only May, due to the billing system upgrades.

My April payment was taken April 10
My May payment was taken May 29
My June payment will be taken June 12

Re: Whats going on?

Spoke to them on Thursday nite about this as we have had the same problem, apprantley as far as they are concerned the notification of any change is your bill..... unacceptable if you ask me as any other company I have DD setup for if they change the date they write to me and tell me why. Are the goons in the VM postroom incapable of putting the post in the postbag to be sent out!??!?

Just another example of how cr@p this company really is and what they think about their customers

I swear the powers that be hold Monday morning meetings to discuss strategies to cause their CS team stress...

Simply amazing.
