How long do caps last for
I can't see to find this answer, how long do caps last for when you reach them?

It is not fair that they keep a cap on you after the screw you over hours have passed

Currently it is like I am on a 56k modem while surfing.

5 hours. Are you on ADSL or cable? Also what speed you on?

Caps? There are no caps in place with VM.

If you trigger STM anytime before 9pm, it'll last for the full amount 4-5 hours.

Hopefully they'll get round to sorting that so it ends at 9pm for all, but I can't see it myself.
