Changes to T&Cs against UK law
By having our services installed in your home and/or by using them
you consent to our transferring your information to countries which do
not provide the same level of data protection as the UK if necessary
for providing the services. If we do make such a transfer, we will put
a contract in place to ensure your information is protected.
They can say what they want to do, but what they can do is a different thing. Is VM's legal team sleeping or what?
