funny VM are looking for trax

this is proof what he said has some accuracy as they could easily make a official statement saying that he is talking rubbish but that hasnt happened.

DO you actually think that a letter would get anywhere near the CEO. It won't even get to PA. It will be redirected to the CEOs Office in Manachester. Which is basically the standard complaints department but just delt with by more experanced staff.

Umm I'm a little confused. How are VM looking for Trax. I thought they already know who he was. I'm sure i read on here that he'd had a spat with Alex Brown and they said they'd terminate his account etc.

They responded very quickly and problem was resolved. I wrote loads of
other letters, to addresses I had been given and not once did I get a

I've just double checked. I have been sending emails to neil.berkett@ntl.com but receiving replies from neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk. Presumably two addresses pointing at the same mailbox...

I only pointed it out because I'm with the old NTL side of things and we are still ntlworld, even though VM keep saying we will soon be virginmedia. Oh well you live and learn eh...

I would jump ship from VM to Be faster than a scalded cat, but for the need of a BT line. Incidentally how much are BT currently extorting from people for a new line, last time I checked it was around 90 quid ?
