QOS Packet Scheduler

I have just bought a new laptop with windows vista. I already know that it's not advisable to use TCP Optimizer with vista but is it safe to uninstall QOS packet scheduler?

Re: QOS Packet Scheduler

It is totally safe to remove!

And at a later time, if you find you need it, its real easy to install again, easier than removing a windows componant then re-installing it later

The QOS scheduler is only really any use if it's properly configured and if you use anything that requires priorirty on the network (such as VOIP or streaming applications) and only really makes a difference when the network is busy.
