But it's not two per month is it, just two in May. With 13 already completed, the average per month is actually higher.

They do seem to have slowed down but by the end of May they should have 15 complete, in 3 months, that's 5 per month and with 33 still to go - I think they need to pull their finger out else it might not be the end of summer when they've finished, at least not this British one

Re: Virgin 4Mb to upgrade to 10Mb February - Summer
I want my free upgrade, and I want it now..............
Actually, when I get it, I'll be happy (as it's free).

Wow free, that's a really good deal you've got, how did you manage that? I have to pay for my broadband connection *
* It's not just the connection I'm paying for though...network repairs, upgrades, etc.

cable.ubr02.soli.blueyonder.co.uk is the info I get in the Connection box, what area does this mean I am in? I see no "Solihull" in the schedule.

I'd say you're in the Birmingham area.

Strange - I will be paying the same for 10Mb as I am currently for 4Mb; seems like a free upgrade to me (which is completely different, imho, from part of the revenue from my payments being used for network repairs and maintenance ). I don't remember any of my other utility suppliers giving me extra electricity/gas/water for the same price as I was paying.

foreverwar, Does this count. British Gas has said it's giving every customer 4 free energy saving light bulbs
I'm waiting for the upgrade with mixed feeling. Will it work, or will Baguley server just laugh in our faces.

cool! I'm with British gas.. I wonder if I'll get 8 bulbs - I'm with them for both gas and electricity!!
I wonder if I'll get those bulbs the same day Manchester gets 10mb too
actually, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.... report to follow... *roflmao*
