Slow Speed (Lincoln, maybe other areas) ?

Hi,

I am on 4mb and I am only getting

Test 1: 1024K took 16922 ms = 60.5 KB/sec, approx 499 Kbps, 0.49 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 25094 ms = 40.8 KB/sec, approx 336 Kbps, 0.33 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 28125 ms = 36.4 KB/sec, approx 300 Kbps, 0.29 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 33625 ms = 60.9 KB/sec, approx 502 Kbps, 0.49 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 409 Kbps, 0.4 Mbps

I noticed when I was downloading a backup on a website

I am pretty sure it not TM

Anyone else ?

Seems to be ok now, must of been a glitch.
