I still have a service yes I agree, but not the service I originally signed up for. Go to the ispreview website and see for yourself the opinions of their users. They get a disgusting review. I used to love my Blueyonder connection, untill NTL bought over Telewest. Then as you said "ntl paid the virgin group to use the virgin brand name" in an atempt to hide their bad reputation. NTL were and still are, a bunch of penny pinchers. They advertised this so called great 20mb service, knowing fine well that the vast majority of people work during the day and if they want to use it to it's full they would be using it at Peak hours... where they can use Traffic Shaping. They suck, and I knew they would. The only thing that stoped me leaving them before, was the fact that I had to install a BT line. Well it's 100% worth it to me now. Only a few days ago I liked my connection... now they do this rubbish. Bye Bye Virgin Media

That's a fantastic idea. An ISP that can offer good speeds on DSL. (not to everyone though)... but to enough that would seriously increase their profits when people see the light and leave virgin media. Simple economics... Supply and demand, tells me to look into this. Thank you
