blueyonder can I change?

I am a member of an active forum in Australia and they are banning IP addresses which have blueyonder customers because they say of spamming.
Also bigpond.com.au do not deliver blueyonder emails to its customers because they say for the same reason.

Is it possible for me to ask virgin to change my isp from blueyonder to whatever to avoid this mounting problem?

I still have 4 months contract to run.

Re: blueyonder can I change?

Couldn't you use web-based email for example Yahoo?

Re: blueyonder can I change?

Tell the forum not to be so damn daft. There will eventually be some kind of merging of email systems into a 'virginmedia' domain, but if the forum guys are going to be daft that really isn't going to make any difference - they'll probably just ban that, too.

What's bigpond.com.au? Our guys ought to have a chat with their guys if they're unilaterally denying service to our customers.
