Question Could someone please check my modem levels

Hi I was wondering if these levels are ok ? I'm ment to be on 20mb never had any speed over 12mb and in evening its about 7mb but it has also dropped to 1mb in past. Almost forgot to say i'm in an ex ntl area.

In summary though, I reckon your downstream levels are low (especially your power level). If you have a forward path attenuator on the back of your modem you could remove it to raise the levels. If not, a tech visit may be in order.
