BB down in my area tonight for me. Service status page reflects this.
Mate next door on VM but different package has full services.
Not miffed at all, just curious - how is this?
Would I be far wrong thinking if one house is down the other would be?
He's got a CM while I have an STB - would that be the difference?

But you may have answered your own question in that CM and STB broadband does operate over slightly different network configurations.
